Refund Policy
1. Return Period
We offer a 14-day return period for all our products. This period begins on the date the order is delivered, as confirmed by the shipping provider’s delivery record.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order
- Note the unique return ID provided by our support team
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging
- Include the return ID in the shipment
- Send the package to the return address provided by customer service
3. Return Shipping Costs
Under normal circumstances, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you received a defective item, we will reimburse your return shipping costs once the defect has been verified.
4. Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are provided in the following cases:
- Factory defects (even if the item has been used)
- Items returned within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging
- Incorrect items shipped
- Items damaged during transit
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it within 2 business days. After inspection:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued online to the original payment method
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed
6. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Items showing signs of excessive use or damage
- Items missing original packaging
- Modified or altered products
7. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please:
- Document the damage with photos
- Keep the original packaging for inspection by our support team
- Wait for further instructions before returning the damaged item
